Visitors to Audio Show Deluxe 2026 will have the opportunity to experience a different side of sound with a special sound bath session led by Wellbeing Strategist Kasia Richter.
Taking place on Sunday, 22nd March at 12:00 in the Bentley Lounge at Whittlebury Hall, the 30-minute session offers a chance to step away from the hubbub and reset in a calm, immersive environment.
The session begins with guided breathwork followed by a short meditation, before moving into a full sound journey using symphonic gongs and crystal singing bowls. These frequencies are designed to help shift the body and mind into a more relaxed and restorative state.
Spaces are complimentary but limited, with 10 yoga mat places available for those wishing to lie down, bookable in Syndicate 12, and around 20 additional sofa places available on a first come basis.
Kasia Richter is a holistic psychologist and certified sound therapy practitioner based at Wellbeing House in West Wimbledon.
